Lying and ********* practices - Edreams

I have been waiting for my flight refund since May (we are now in August) and incurring lots of credit card fees which has amounted to over R1000.

Over and above this, I have called EDreams 3 times where they have told me they will mkae payment within 5-10 business day. They have told me this 3 times over the last two months - blatantly lying to me! A payment doesn't take long to make and when you promise a client you will pay them then don't lie!

I am very disappointed with this ********* behaviour of lying and holding on to my mine whilst they earn interest off it. I definitely won't book a flight through Edreams again.
