Kenya Airways and eDreams have left me feeling cheated of my hard-earned money, R17,400!

Kenya Airways together with eDreams took my hard earned money, R17400. I arrived at the airport three hours before departure, yet I was unable to travel due to a transit visa requirement that was never explained to me before I paid for my ticket..I was sent from pillar to post between the two companies, spent over three hours on phone calls trying to resolve the matter, and was ultimately told my ticket was a "no-show" with no refund.
