Invalid transaction not so invalid

<p>I tried purchasing flights off the eDreams website but it kept saying 'invalid transaction' so I went and booked my flight on another website, unbeknown to me they transaction with eDreams did go through and now they are refusing to refund me even though this is against their terms and conditions. The call centre have messed me around, supervisors not answering, keeping me on hold and they said they would send claim form but dont. Absolutely shocked at these people!!!</p>
