*****ING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a flight on their website now they are deducting R229 from my account which I never agreed to. Wanting to dispute it, and they say they answer in 129 seconds, I have been holding on for over 30 minutes! I want my money back NOW!!!!!!
