Impossible to contact for assistance

I had made a booking which needed to be either moved or cancelled. Could not get hold of any agents, despite being on hold for 20 minutes or more. I tried the Online Bot service which says it can do cancellations and when attempting it, it says it cannot make cancellations. So frustrated! Will never use them again.
