horrible experience with edreams

after a flight booking made by my 21 year old daughter on Mango from Port Elizabeth to OR Thambo was changed (without notification to her) she was forced to book another ticket to return to Port Elizabeth. she booked via Cheap Flights which redirected her to a site called edreams. she made the booking to depart this afternoon, paid and received confirmation. upon arrival at the airport, she was told that Edreams never made the booking. payment was taken but booking never made. she is currently stuck alone at OP Thambo airport as she was forced to booked another flight with safair to only depart tomorrow morning. so a 21 year old will be spending the night alone at the airport!!!!! getting hold of edreams seems virtually impossible. when i looked at reviews about them, this seems to be happening a lot. in actual fact, all the reviews had exactly the same problem. and like i said, getting hold of edreams via phone, is impossible. this is clearly a ****.
