Horrible customer service

The deals they have on prime are good but, they have the works customer service ever. They claim that they pick up in 120 minutes( that’s nonsense), there’s nothing VIP about this customer service. I have been trying to cancel my free membership for 3 days straight not and I have not been helped in any way. If you won’t allow people to cancel their free trail memberships then don’t offer a free trail.
