Hopeless service from eDreams. Cheated me on the free date change

Hopelesd and frustrating expensive experience with the ******* eDream. I took the option to have a free flight change and they charged me an exyra 50 percent more. eDreams are con artists. Buying direct from the airlines is cheaper and better. I will never buy from this overpriced eDreams with an hopeless contact system . The bot sees to have been written by a kindergarden child. They wasted my time and money.
