Flights money all lost, no rescheduling or refund

Booked a ticket with the option to change to booking, paid extra for that option, needed to change the booking, was told by eDreams to contact the airline, did that and the airline told me the agency did not book with the option to change the booking. Sent multiple emails, phone calls but now totally ignored. Not registered with ASATA so ombudsman can't do anything. Disgusted that they can just get away with this.
