Flights Cancelled, no communication!

I had flights booked from South Africa to London for the 12th of April. Flights were cancelled on the airline's site over a week ago and still no word from edreams. I tried phoning the SA number from here and my husband tried to UK number. It just keeps dropping. I am starting to doubt I will ever get a refund or credit. Will never use a third party site ever again!!!
