Flight ticket refund

I booked plains tickets through edreams at the end of 2019 to go to Spain in May 2020 via British Airways. Obviously due to the circumstances the trip had to be cancelled. I struggled for almost a year to get into contact with them to get an update about the refund / flight credit of my tickets. Only now, in Jan 2022 they responded to my refund request. They email me every 2 weeks to provide my IBAN, when typing in my bank account number they won't accept it. I have tried everything from contacting their useless call center (I ended up wasting 2 hours of my day and R200+ airtime only to get nowhere), there is literally no way of contacting them directly, the app is of n o assistance. I am tired of this and I am not afraid to take legal action. They owe me R9600+. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!! They only have a no reply email so they won't even be able to see this review, I am beyond frustrated!!!
