Payment of my refund (after more than two years) was promised on 5 August. Still waiting three weeks later.

Matter "escalated" with a promise of feedback within 72 hours. Still waiting.

Latest agent promises feedback in 24-48 hours. I am NOT holding my breath. But I am not going away. I will hound them and post negative reviews until I get the refund.
