false publicity to lure people in

I signed on to the prime account . They have a 30 day free trial period. They debit by account after 15 days. Not to mention, it is impossible to find a way to cancel the prime account membership. It is supposed to be accessible on the my account / my prime tab which does not seem to exist. If you go on to the web page it is so well hidden I still have not found it. You cant get through on the phone line either. I am really cross because they took membership money and I cant get it cancelled even though I went on site and cancelled every thing I could find to cancel. If I had known, I would not have taken this. there doesn't seem to be any e mail contact either :(
