Edreams/earefunds ********s!!!

Booked a flight last year August for 3 of us from South Africa to England. They had duplicated my surname so a new ticket had to be issued. I was told that i would have to pay for new ticket and the previous one will be refunded. That's were my nightmare started. It has been 8 months and I've been given the run around with nothing resolved. I had to cancel the entire travel due to a death in the family. I did take out the cancellation insurance with edreams. When i instituted a claim i was told that i need to contact earefunds( a third party insurance company) for the refund. Second nightmare began as these 2 companies work together to **** peoples. To date no refund. eDreams tell you that it takes 3 months for a refund to take place, that's a **** as well because by then you become time barred to a chargeback claim from your bank. What a frustrating process.
