EDreams.co.za... stay far far away!!!

I have been waiting for a year now for a refund for 3 tickets booked through kulula airlines before the pandemic broke. It is now a year after, and I still cannot get my refund back. On the website it says my refund was processed 12 May, but nothing went to my account. You cannot get hold of anyone to assist and I have wasted hundreds of Rands on Airtime just holding and waiting for someone to answer. The last time I got through, I was told to send my bank statements, which I did, to prove I have not received any funds from them. I wonder what will be next to delay this process... I'm highly irritated as someone affected by the pandemic, I really could do with my credit refunded. I highly recommend you stay far away from this company, they are not honest and it's a shame in times like these companies are taking advantage of people who have suffered enough.
