Edreams.co.za REFUND STRUGGLE

I am very upset, I have purchased 3 airline tickets with this company, they refunded the one, end of 2020 but still haven't received my money and the other 2 tickets got canceled for end of March and have tried calling and email, tried to fi d out more about the refund on these 2 tickets which is also being refunded but haven't received an update or nothing and it's been 2 months slready.
