eDreams.co.za are selfish and dirty ****mers

I made a reservation for my flight for 04 April 2025 which I made the bookings month end of February 2025 however month end of March I noticed that they deducted R135 on my bank account which I follow up with them and they promised to cancel the subscription which I told them I did not agree on that as I was just making a booking for a once off flight not like I am flying every now and then so there is no use for me for that. They promised it won't happen again as they have cancelled it on they side and they can't refund me back my money! Okay fine, I pass that as I thought too it won't happen again, then boom last week 30/04/2025 again same amount of R135 like for what now like I don't understand and mind you they keep sending me the same email they sent to me on the 31st of March 2025 bt they just keep changing dates. I am so ****ed off with what they are benefiting from my money while they making me look like a fool for Gods sake. Please help me deal with this company because this it won't stop if I just keep quiet.
