It is a big ****.... I bought a ticket from Cpt to Jhb At the airport - no ticket was booked - missed my flight. Phoned the company - eDreams - they promised me that they will pay back my money. Never happened - and there is absolutely no way you can get hold of them - not by phone or by e-mail.
