eDreams - What an absolute disaster story

eDreams are an absolute disaster. The prices they advertise do no turn out to be the amount you pay. I recently booked 2 seats to Ireland via Amsterdam on KLM. The amount we ended up paying was about R1,500 more than was initially stated. Then we realise they are no checked in bags included on the tickets. I have contacted KLM directly. It was cost R1,740 to add one bag. KLM told me if I had booked directly with them I would have received a comparable price with 2 checked bags included. When I called eDreams (minimum waiting time 5 minutes or longer), I complained about the length of time I had been waiting and the agent disconnected me. The next agent I spoke with could not locate either of our flights initially as the booking reference numbers which eDreams sent on their confirmation were totally incorrect - as per the agent. I considered to cancel the entire transaction with them but even though on the confirmation it states that the service choice I chose allows this, the agent says no - this has to be done within 24 hours. Nowhere on this wording does it refer to 24 hours. THESE PEOPLE ARE A DISASTER. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM.
