edreams unfulfilled refund

i had some dedductions that i could not understand from edreams , and they conformed by sending me the fopllowing letter , and that they will refund me , but they never did : Dear customer,

With regard to your booking reference *** with eDreams

We're happy to let you know that we've processed the refund related to your booking with reference number *** .

A total of 3946.11 ZAR will be returned to you within 5 to 7 business days from the date of this email; the exact time will depend on the provider, bank, and card issuer involved.

If this amount differs from the one you were expecting, this may be for one of two reasons:

we pay out refunds as we receive the amounts from the provider, so you may receive yours in several parts the airline has issued only a partial refund for your cancelled flight
