eDreams *****ulent Transactions

We have never done any transaction via eDreams, but have had two transactions (with two international transaction costs) taken off our account. All attempts at contacting them has resulted only in useless automated responses. We try and contact them via email ***. Total *****s, **** artists and no joy from them.
