eDreams turn into eNightmare

I wanted to make a booking for a return flight from George to OR Tambo Airport (Johannesburg) and selected the option to hold the booking at a cost of R20. In the end I did not take up the offer, I subsequently was charged R195 for a subscription to eDreams for which I NEVER signed up for. In trying to cancel the so-called subscription also turned into a further nightmare as it is almost impossible to find the cancellation option on the website. The website indicates that there is a South African contact, but the contact details are nowhere to be found. I find your conduct misleading, devious and dishonest. You trick unsuspected customers into “signing up” and charging a membership fee without their consent or knowledge.
