EDreams : Terrible travel agency

Runaway from eDreams and book with another agency, booking does not get confirmed. Since 7pm the booking is saying it's still being processed. No human interaction. The robot just says the same useless thing that it will be emailed. There is no feedback from the agency. It's 03:12am and am busy typing this. I will never use you guys again. You better make sure my mom travels as my dad is on his death bed or l will be taking legal action for emotional damage.
