eDreams sneaky costs

We booked supposedly "cheap flights" flights through the eDreams website, however they mislead customers through a forced option to choose a "flexible package at a minimum of R1556.45 per person. We had no choice to skip this option. So, for 2 passengers we paid R3112.90 on top of our domestic flights of R4000 (for 2). It is outrageous and it amounts to utter exploitation of customers. It is sneaky and a dishonest business practice. Avoid eDreams when booking your next flight
