EDreams - ********

Fruther to my initial report, I have had feedback from EDreams telling me that they will not refund the money or the cross border deduction! This after they admitted that I never collected the vehicle and cannot show proof that the booking was indeed emailed to me or that an sms was sent authorizing the deduction. They are ******** as far as I am concerned. I even gave them the option to deducted the service fee and / or move the rental date. Of course no response. I have notified my bank and will now lay a charge with the SAPS against them.
