edreams ****.

I used these guys to book my return flights to Cape Town for my holiday at the start of December. Going down to CT from Lanseria was a breeze and the flight on Kalula went fine. Coming back was however a nightmare. We were booked for Safair coming back but they had no record of our booking. I ended up spending another R2500 in order to get back to Gauteng. the worst part is that there is no working contact number anywhere for edreams in order for me to get it resolved. Very expensive lesson learned. I will never use an online travel agent again.
