Biggest **** on earth. I just paid R5500 for my family to fly to Durban with R460 cancelation clause. When I realised I had made a mistake by by booking from OR Tambo instead if Lanseria I requested to change the venue theg said I need to cancel and rebook instead of penalising me R360 they had 100 other things which had to be processed .....I was told I will only get back R2700 of my R5500 in 7 to 10 working days. When I queried they said I loose 10% of booking excluding admin fees thereafter ....**** **** ****
