eDreams - ****!

Tried to book a vehicle through them, their server gave problems half way through. Never got verification from my bank or an email from them verifying booking. Actually received an email saying I have less than 24 hours to proceed with the booking. After booking with Hertz, which mind you are brilliant, I received my credit card account with a deduction from EDreams for a vehicle I never collected and a cross border charge! When you contact them they act all innocent and dim, then send you a link to challange the booking and the incorrect deduction. The link doesn't work, the reference number is one digit too long and they don't respond to emails. Seems like a **** instead of a booking business!!!
