Edreams ****!!!!!!!!

Very very dissapointed !!!!!!!!! What kind of business is Edreams???? I purchased 2 flight tickets and my total was R954. When i received my sms from my bank it was R1480!!!!! When phoning them i was on hold for 58min!!!!!!!!!! And then they told me i added the cancellation fee which i didn't!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!
