Yet another EDreams hassle to call - Pathetic customer service that is non existence

Yet another EDreams hassle to call customer care. I received a mail to call EDreams ASAP due to major flight changes on my booking and guess what? Another 20 minutes Holding the line for the whole week.

The amount of money I’m losing calling EDreams “customer service” I could possibly afford yet another airplane ticket.

Does that mean anyone will call me? And who is that agent and what’s that agents contact details?
