Edreams rip-off

What an awful experience. I booked a ticket through edreams in July, now every month I get R195 deducted off my account. Apparently I have an edreams subscription which I can only cancel through an edreams prime account that I never created. I go on their website to cancel and there is no help whatsoever to cancel the subscription. They are *********** people who book tickets through their portal.
