EDREAMS REFUSE TO REFUND CANCELLED TICKET

I booked a ticket for my son on Monday the 10th of Feb to Houston., paid R13540. He was supposed to leave 20h00 that evening. They could only send the ticket within 24hrs which did not work for my due to the timeframe. I've cancelled the ticket with them and booked with British Airways which by the way issued the ticket immediately. The R13540 was reversed to my bank on the 10th however on Wednedsay the 12th Edreams debited my account again with the amount of R13540. They refunded me R362 for the "seat cancellation" and say according to their policies that is how they work........,.. Total unacceptable
