eDreams, poor service, **********

I had made a booking with eDreams for flights and accommodation. My flight from Kimberley to Durban was booked for 18/03/2019 At 11:05(Kimberley to Johannesburg then 14: 00 Johannesburg to Durban) I had also booked accommodation via eDreams and made the payment online. So I call aha Riverside hotel today to confirm my booking and they tell me I'm not booked at all. And on top of that my flight from Kimberley to Johannesburg was delayed only leaving at 14:00

So this automatically means that I'm going to miss my flight from Johannesburg to Durban which is leaving at 14:00

No.1 eDreams is not going to refund me for the flights nor do anything about the delay, they didn't even know about the delay I had to call and inform them

No. 2 they are not going to refund me on the accommodation which was never booked by them. I am furious and angry and my holiday has just been ruined
