Edreams poor client service

DO NOT USE EDREAMS! I am just not a disgruntled client but the por reviews are very real. I ignored the heed and am sitting with a huge issue where I made a booking on the 15th of Feb. The money went through on the 19th however the is a duplicate transaction pending for the 15th. Edreams refuses to issue a formal letter to my bank to reverse the hold, blaming the airline and the bank. The bank won't help and neither will the airline. I probably just lost R13000 because of unprofessional poor services. You are better off booking on your own even if it costs you a little more. Be safe then sorry.
