Edreams please sort this out for me

I am very frustrated as I need to attend my graduation and my family contributed money for me to get the flight tickets and they sent me email saying that my booking failed but the money is not reversing back for me to book again. They said book again, but with what money? How am I gonna book again without the money coming back? They just assume I have another money to book again? I need to attend my graduation and this is happening to me
