edreams Platform a Reap off

It was two weeks ago when i realized the mistake i made by booking on the edreams platform. It happened when i realized the debit agaings my business VIsa card where R195 was debited soon after buying Tickets on their platform .Its what they call Edreams Prime which according to my question when calling their contact centre . They say by buying Tickets on their plaform part of their terms and conditions it means by default you accept the charge of R195 monthly . in total i bought two tickets 1 ticket had a hotel and another just flights for a friend . On my business account it shows one debit on the 10th of each month of R195 and i guess the second one its another R195 for my friend . Mind you i did not authorize this debit and the bank says they cant reverse it . Edreams contact centre says i must cancel the memebesip which i was not aware i am joining . in total its R2000 debit agaings my account . Be carefull on their plastform knowing by buying a ticket you by default have to pay monthly fee. Debit happened since Oct 2024 to Date R195x 2 =R390 per month on same account
