Edreams is NIGhTMARE

This online travel agent is abysmal . I booked a flight with insurance - it was cancelled by the airline. They Have NOT refunded me and do not get back to me. It was an expensive ticket and i have spent hours and hours trying to get refunded for a flight which did not take place. They also Do NOT have an email address which you can contact then on - only through chatbots . 😡😡😡😡😡
