eDreams is *****ing money

We booked a flight a few months ago and automatically got debited an amount of R195.00. I did not subscribe to eDreams all I did was put my banking details into their site in order to book a ticket and now I have to get a new card as there is no way to unsubscribe from the account. It is a hassle to get it reversed. My mother who is a pensioner has already paid them two instalments.
