eDreams is eNightmare

eDreams must be stopped to do business as they are lying and misinforming travellers from around the world. The staff are misinforming travellers and lie to them and NEVER keep to there promises, either in writing or telephonically. Due to the lies and misinforming us we had to purchase another ticket from Adelaide, Australia in April 2019. After numerous telephonic sessions eDreams confirmed they will refund us 3 weeks after end of April. To date NO refund ,NO Communication ,No explanation , just nothing. I have requested on numerous occasions from the eDream helpdesk to forward me contact details of the CEO to make him/her aware but to no avail. NEVER EVER use eDreams as they WILL disappoint you.
