EDREAMS IS A **** – Unauthorized Charges and Zero Accountability

I am absolutely disgusted with eDreams. I booked flights for my siblings using this platform, and now they are *******ly deducting R195 every month from our bank accounts. At no point was I informed that I was subscribing to anything — no clear consent, no obvious opt-in, just *****thy, dishonest charges that started appearing out of nowhere.

This is nothing short of *****. I never agreed to a subscription, and there was no transparent information during the booking process to indicate I was signing up for a recurring fee. To make things worse, trying to contact eDreams is a nightmare. Their support is either unresponsive or gives the same useless, scripted answers.

eDreams preys on unsuspecting customers through sneaky fine print and deceptive practices. I urge everyone to stay far away from this company. They don’t care about customers — they just want to trap you in subscriptions you didn’t ask for and drain your money.

I will be reporting this to my bank, consumer protection agencies, and warning everyone I can. Do not trust eDreams.
