Edreams is a nightmare and not a dream

I booked return tickets for 4 to Capetown and back to jhb through edreams...firstly they don't give you options to select luggage.. So all 4 tickets gets luggage and the price is not to bad... I got my email stating I paid... Great... But only luggage for going down is on the email.. Try to phone them..its a struggle... Phone fly safair and realized the id numbers are all wrong .. At the end we paid for luggage at the airport after we paid edreams also...on the return the seats was all over the show and we had to sort that out also at the airport... So stay away from edreams... If you phone them they tell you they can't find your booking with the reverence nr you give them..... **** service
