EDREAMS IS A ****!!

I was searching for flights on Cheapflights and found what appeared to be a cheaper option through eDreams, so I decided to book with them. During the booking process, they offered a “free” Prime membership that was supposedly cancellable at any time.

I later cancelled the subscription on the website, yet my money continued to be deducted. When I contacted them to stop the charges, I was informed that I had actually subscribed to a 12-month membership and that, even after cancellation, they would continue deducting payments until the end of the 12 months.

What initially seemed like a cheap flight deal has now turned into a monthly expense.

In my experience, the process felt misleading and unfair, and I would strongly advise others not to fall into the same trap. Never ever use Edreams, its a ****!
