EDreams incompetence

EDreams offers the most unreliable service ever . I booked flights with them to Cape Town and I never got my confirmation. I sent them an email , I received an automated response acknowledging receipt and that was it . I called them and I stayed on hold for longer than an hour every time ( eventually when they answered the phone , I was told it would take a few hours to resolve , it’s been 5 hours and I’m supposed to be flying out to Cape Town in two hours . I have never experienced such *********** service !!!
