eDreams **********/dishonest/ no respect for customers

eDreams will take your money and ruin your trip. They will promise you the moon ,star and the sun before you pay. The SECOND they have your money you WILL be left out to dry and loose your money.

My refund of 3200 Aussie dollars was confirmed 27 April 2019. Then on 17 July 2019 again and today 12 August 2019 I was told it is in process. On request for the managers contact details I received a message the case was escalated to management. The consultant asked me to keep holding as he has technical difficulty , I confirmed in writing I will wait as long as it is to get my refund. Next minute I was cut off
