Edreams *****

On the 22nd of April 2021, I made a flight booking from Durban to Lanseria departure date: 24 April 2021. When I got to the airport I was told that my name doesn't appear on flysa fair list for people leaving for Jhb

They advised me to call edreams and ask for a refund. I had to rebook. I called edreams and requested a refund and was told that it takes 48 hours. I kept on making a follow up with them and I am told different stories

I called again today 03 May 2021 and I'm told that I have to wait for 120 days for my refund.

Why must I wait for that long?
