EDreams flight bookings

I booked a flight trough them in February,when I was about to board they canceled my flight,cause according to them the plane was full??They said they will refund me in 2 weeks,but it can take up to a month,it's the 25th of July already,they ignore my emails,their app is a robot who responds,but when you ask questions about your refund there is always a problem and then it "shuts down",please they don't even have contact numbers.I booked a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg please can anybody somebody help me get my refund back,please,thank you.
