Edreams flight bookings

Do not use this company to make a flight booking. I used them to make a return trip booking, and from experience I know my schedule can change with a moment's notice. I chose flexi tickets, meaning I can change flights should my schedule change. Firstly, what a hassle to get ahold of anyone to try and make a schedule change. Secondly, they notified me that the airline does not support flight rebooking and that I have to cancel my flight, losing the cost of the flight. I then called the airline, where they notified me that they do offer flight rebooking, but it has to be rebooked with the company I used to originally book my flight.

Note, you pay have to pay R200 extra for the flexi tickets.

I absolutely advise against ever using this company.
