eDreams flight booking

I booked a flight from Port Elizabeth to Durban via eDreams and paid on 22 April. On the 24th we arrived in time to check in with Kalula but eDreams did not make the payment and we had to pay again. I cannot get through on the phone number provided by Kalula and eDreams website is a nightmare. No joy at all. Money lost
