EDreams debit orders

Very bad.im actually here to complain and ask for assistance.i was buying a plane ticket and i was then suddenly registerd and sbscribed automatically to e dreams.and eversince debits have been going from my account of R229 pm.i have tried calling sending emails but they dont or never get delivered .i have been to the bank but they also verbalise unable to assist me in blocking tjis debit.please help.
