eDreams debacle

I took insurance for lost/delayed baggage with eDreams when booking a flight. My luggage went missing for 8days. Thank goodness I had an airtag in it, so I could track it. This was from Riyahd. It eventually arrived at OR TAMBO where I had to personally fetch it. eDreams is coming up with every possible reason not to pay out despite the SPECIFIC insurance I took. They are devious and:or ***********. I have been promised on at least 3 occasions that they will grt back to me within 72 hours - not once has this happened. The chatbots are enraging to deal with, almost all of their email addresses are no reply. And as for getting to speak to a human… well good luck with that! I believe that their modus operandi is to make any and all dealings with them so unpleasant that they hope you will just give up! I WILL PURSUE THIS RELENTLESSLY
